The Teaching Studios of Art provides traditional art courses on Long Island
at our Oyster Bay location and in New York City in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. The school began when Rob started teaching plein-air landscape lessons in Central Park in the fall of 2008.

PAST EVENTS

Teaching Studios 1st Annual Plein Air Competition was held at Sagamore Hill Historic Preserve in Oyster Bay, NY - a setting with over 100 acres of beautiful landscape, as well as the last home of Teddy Roosevelt, a 23 room Victorian structure of frame and brick. more

Chase Edwards Gallery to bring a first ever exhibition of Contemporary Realism to the community. more

For Oyster Fest '09, we set up a booth on Audrey Ave in Oyster Bay to greet visitors and promote the school. more
