Isaac Pelepko studied at the New York Academy of Art, Grand Central Academy and the Art Students League of New York.

He received a merit scholarship from the New York Academy of Art and was awarded the Phyllis H. Mason Grant and the Gail von der Lippe Merit Scholarship from the Art Students League. He has exhibited in many shows around the city and the region.
